Introduced to me by my father this Chicago institution has one of the most memorable sandwiches I’ve ever had. Cochina publil, or as my dad refers to it as the suckling pig. A delicious toasted sandwich with slow marinated pork with pickled red onion, black bean spread, and habanero sauce (which you don’t dare try unless you want to burn your taste buds)
